How do I set up my new screen?

We’ve already set it up for you! You just need to connect it to the power and internet. If you’re unsure how to do this, refer to your LG manual.

Once your digital signage display is connected to the internet, Nod will automatically start playing the files that are in your playlist. You can manage your playlist at https://go.nodmedia.io/

What is an asset?

Assets are the files that play on your Nod digital signage display.

How do I add a new asset to my playlist?

Just drag and drop your media files into your playlist. You can drag them up and down the playlist to change the order they play in.

Don’t forget to save your changes!

How do I delete assets in my playlist?

Click the delete link on the asset you’d like to remove, and then confirm your action when Nod asks if you’re sure you want to delete the asset.

Drag your files up and down the playlist to set the order you’d like them to play in.

What sort of assets can I use?

Nod supports video files and image files.

How do I change the name of my screen?

Just click on the existing name to rename it. You can update this at anytime.

How do I view a different digital signage display?

To view the playlist for a different display, click on the down arrow beside the screen name, then simply click on the name of the display you want to view. Easy!
